We carry on with life with a constant sense of pressure on our backs, encouraging us to take on and do more yet, at the end of the day no matter how much we accomplish, many of us feel unfulfilled, anxious, or chronically sick.

Symptoms like aches, pains, insomnia, severe PMS and autoimmune diseases are brought on or made worse by chronic stress.

You can have a healthy diet and a great exercise routine and STILL feel unwell. That’s because your mental health and spiritual wellbeing play a big role in your overall health. So How Does It Work?

Going Deep is a self-paced course and includes guided inner work sessions to assist you in purging any hindering thoughts or habits that consistently hold you back from achieving your goals and the level of wellness you desire.

For every week of the program, you will receive a video to teach you about the theory of that week’s lesson and then another, more instructional video to assist you in making a positive energy shift.

Here’s what you can expect over the six weeks:

Week 1: Expand your self-awareness

Becoming fully self-aware is the first step to reaching the peaceful life stage of self-actualization. As stated by Positive Psychology, “Improvements in various aspects of life can be achieved through improved awareness of the self and interaction with the environment.”  Before you can pinpoint the inner work that needs to be done, it is important to establish a healthy baseline of self-awareness. The progress made in Week 1 will set you up for success for the following five weeks of the program!

Week 2: KNOW what’s holding you back

Negative thoughts, and limiting beliefs are all hindering factors preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself. It’s a known fact that bad habits are hard to break and that negative thoughts can become repetitive and intrusive. The second week of Going Deep is dedicated to helping you see clearly all of your old habits, negative thoughts, and limiting beliefs, while providing you with the essential tools to burn down those old patters  and refocusing in the life that you deserve.

Week 3: Create a vision and map out your goals

Setting clear intentions and goals is an important step to take to ensure you reach your desired outcomes. It isn’t just enough to briefly think about what you want for the future; you must establish solid intentions so you may focus and keep track of your progress and dreams. Forbes reinforced the importance of intention and goal setting when they wrote, “When you set a goal you naturally direct your attention toward the next step and, as a result, lead yourself in the right direction which forces your actions—your behaviors—to follow.” Week 3 will assist you in determining your intentions and will teach you how to set clear goals for yourself.

Week 4: Discover the power of journaling

Jotting down your inner thoughts, desires, and goals is a great way to solidify your identity and to help you really get to know who you are. Furthermore, mindful and consistent journaling will allow you to look back on your previous entries and reflect on who you were and who you have become. Not only can journaling be deeply satisfying, but it is a wonderful way to calm your mind and help you in rationalizing through any intrusive or limiting thoughts. Week 4 of Going Deep will provide lessons on journaling techniques to achieve inner peace and satisfaction with life.

Week 5: Grounding to shift your mindset

Grounding yourself can physically look different for a variety of people. Some people find that meditation can make them feel calm and grounded while others like to reconnect with Earth by taking a quiet and barefoot walk. Healthline defines Grounding as, “-a practice that can help you pull away from flashbacks, unwanted memories, and negative or challenging emotions. These techniques may help distract you from what you’re experiencing and refocus on what’s happening in the present moment.” Week 5 is focused on helping you maintain a positive mindset and high energy by diminishing negative thinking through the practice of effective Grounding.

Week 6: Integrate what you’ve learned

Six weeks will fly by quickly! By the time you reach Week 6 of the Going Deep program, you will feel centered and ready to reflect on your life’s purpose. Together, we will look back at your growth and peer forward into your future to determine your passions and what journey you feel compelled and driven to pursue. Now that you have diminished your limited thinking and have an array of tools to help you succeed, you will be ready to push forward and become the successful, confident, and serene person you are meant to be!
